You can decide at MagicBOX how you want to pay the order, we work on prepayment:

– Credit card (3.5% extra charge for this service)
– PayPal (An additional 3.5% fee is charged for this service)
– ApplePay (Alleen mogelijk op Apple mobiele telefoons)
– Pay cash on pick-up
– Payment in advance by bank transfer.
Send
The MagicBOXen can be picked up or sent.
Sending the MagicBOX is for the recipient. We send the MagicBOXen on a pallet.
NED: € 70 excl VAT with the exception of deMagicBOX XL and XXL, these shipping costs are € 140 excl VAT
BE/LUX: € 90 excl VAT with the exception of the MagicBOX XL and XXL, these shipping costs are € 180 excl VAT
The shipping costs are reviewed weekly and possibly adjusted as these costs currently fluctuate very much.
The shipping costs of shipments outside the BENELUX depend on the country, the kind of MagicBOX and the region: when placing the order you will be given an indication of these costs sent by email.
Warranty
You have a one-year warranty on the MagicBOX. The LED lighting has about 20,000 burn hours and has quality IP20 so not resistant to water.
The warranty expires when the MagicBOX is opened or when adjustments or not original parts are used.
The warranty on the turntable is 6 months. The turntable has a limited carrying capacity.
Return
The MagicBox is specially made to order and therefore cannot be returned.
Turnaround time
The delivery period depends on the period and depends on the type of MagicBOX.
